What You’ll do

CompuNet is seeking an Enterprise Agreement (EA) Sales Specialist to provide support and satisfaction to our existing and future customer base. This role is responsible for managing EA’s and support renewals, identifying and driving expansion opportunities, and providing support to sales and engineering teams to ensure customer EA requirements are effectively met.

You have a deep understanding of Cisco Systems Enterprise Agreement (EA) programs across all product portfolios, enabling you to provide strategic insights and guidance to internal teams and customers. With strong analytical skills, you excel at identifying actionable recommendations for sales and engineering teams, ensuring our customers receive optimal solutions tailored to their needs.  Developing and enhancement of tools and processes to ensure awareness and actions for EA’s and renewals to meet expectations of contract and EA lifecycle.

You bring extensive experience in contract management, successfully navigating the complexities of diverse customer accounts ranging from Enterprise-level organizations to SMBs. You are detail-oriented, customer-focused, and thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments. Additionally, you possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, allowing you to build trust and drive success for both internal stakeholders and external customers. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and optimizing Cisco EA’s across all product portfolios.
  • Create tailored strategies to help customers maximize the value of their EA, including collaboration with Director of Sales Operations in delivering training and support programs.
  • Collaborate strategically with sales and engineering teams to safeguard the customer base and identify growth opportunities.
  • Ensure customer compliance with EA contract terms, including adherence to usage limits and licensing requirements.
  • Analyze customer usage and trends to uncover cost-saving opportunities within the EA framework and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Drive lifecycle advantage initiatives to encourage customer adoption which aligns to CompuNet's lifecycle efforts and Cisco's partner programs.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for customers entering the Cisco EA.
  • Serve as a customer facing Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Cisco customer and partner EA tools, providing guidance and expertise.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience selling or supporting Cisco products and services with proven track record of success.
