Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the team, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and organizing travel arrangements.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities to support expansion efforts.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and other documentation as needed to assist in business development initiatives.
- Maintain and update databases of client contacts, leads, and business prospects.
- Facilitate communication between team members, clients, and stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns to promote services and attract new clients.
- Provide analytical support by tracking key performance metrics and generating insights for business strategy.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience as a virtual assistant, executive assistant, or in a similar role with a focus on business development.
- Strong understanding of business development principles and techniques.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proficient in using virtual collaboration tools and software, including Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and project management software.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
