What are we looking for?
Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field
- At least 3-5 years’ experience in corporate communications within a local or multinational company.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end communication projects — from planning and content development to execution and measurement
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong knowledge of internal communications, crisis communications, project management, and executive communications.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences and channels.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in employee engagement, event communications, or change management is a plus.
What will you do?
- Develop, write, and deliver a wide range of corporate communication materials, including newsletters, leadership messages, employee stories, announcements, and company-wide content for both internal and external audiences.
- Drive and support internal communication campaigns that align with the company’s vision, strategy, culture, and engagement priorities.
- Manage and optimize communication channels (e.g. email newsletters, digital screens, employee portals, Teams channels) to ensure consistency, clarity, and timeliness.
- Ensure all communications are accurate, leadership-approved, and aligned with the company’s tone, branding, and policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business units to promote key initiatives while maintaining quality, consistency, and governance.
- Support corporate events and initiatives (e.g. employee engagement programs, town halls and recognition programs) through content development and communications planning.
- Apply sound judgment and professionalism when handling sensitive information, confidential, or employee/client related information.
- Adhere strictly to communication standards and protocols, ensuring consistency and minimizing the risk of miscommunication.
