Marketing Staff - Part Time (CAN Candle Making Industry, WFH)

Salary: P350- P400 (per hour)

Schedule: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM EST

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in marketing
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and marketing tools (Google Analytics, email platforms, etc.).
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and organization.

Nice to have:

• Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.

What will you do?

1. Campaign Support:

o Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, print, etc.).

o Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely campaign delivery.

2. Content Creation:

o Develop engaging content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and other marketing materials.

o Create visual materials using tools like Canva or Adobe Suite (if applicable).

3. Market Research:

o Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and target audiences.

o Gather insights to improve campaign performance and inform strategies.

4. Digital Marketing:

o Support the management of social media accounts by posting updates, responding to comments, and analyzing performance.

o Assist in email marketing initiatives, including designing campaigns and managing mailing lists.

5. Event Coordination:

o Help plan and execute promotional events, trade shows, or webinars.

o Coordinate logistics and support on-site or virtual event management.

6. Analytics and Reporting:

o Monitor and analyze campaign metrics, such as website traffic, social media engagement, and lead generation.

o Prepare reports to evaluate the success of marketing efforts.
