Schedule: Monday – Friday (6:00 AM - 3:00 PM PHT)
What are we looking for?
Skills Required:
- Experience in administration and/or payroll processing.
- Strong understanding of timesheet management, workforce scheduling, and data validation.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, reporting, and compliance monitoring.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with Employment Hero (Payroll) or other Payroll systems.
- Experience in administration, payroll processing, or production support within a manufacturing or industrial setting
What will you do?
1. Timesheet Review, Validation & Approval
- Download, review, and track rostered vs. actual hours worked by each employee, identifying any anomalies.
- Review, validate, and approve employee labour hour timesheets for payroll processing.
- Identify and report any discrepancies, including employees who worked additional or fewer hours than scheduled.
- Monitor absenteeism.
- Validate that employee break times do not exceed company allowances.
- Escalate any anomalies or irregularities to the Production Manager for resolution.
2. Production Documentation & Reporting
- Update the Performance Report with all relevant production documentation.
- Maintained detailed administrative records for audits and compliance requirements.
- Perform all duties in a manner complying with BMA Company policies.
- Utilising Employment Hero (Payroll) system and customised MS Excel spreadsheets for record management and accuracy.
- Further duties may be assigned as required by the Production Manager.
Key Accountabilities
- Identifying employees not following rostered times, increasing visibility of potential compliance issues and cost savings.
- Support the Production department validate additional data points, driving business effectiveness.
