Social Media Manager-Part Time (US Financial Services, WFH)

Salary: P300 - P400 per hour

Schedule: Flexible 4 hours per day

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

• Social Media Strategy & Content Planning – Ability to create, schedule, and optimize content across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, IG, FB).
• Community Engagement & Customer Interaction – Managing comments, messages, and audience interactions to build brand presence.
• CRM & Automation Tools – Familiarity with social media automation, email marketing, and lead nurturing systems.

Nice to have:

• Analytics & Performance Tracking – Using insights from platform analytics and CRM tools (GoHighLevel, Dripify, Sales Navigator) to refine strategies.
• Graphic Design & Video Editing – Basic skills in Canva, Photoshop, or video editing tools to create engaging content.
• SEO & Content Marketing Knowledge – Understanding of keyword optimization and content strategies to boost visibility.

What will you do?

• Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement across platforms (LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, IG, FB).
• Manage and respond to messages, comments, and inquiries to foster community engagement and customer relationships.
• Create, schedule, and optimize content using tools like Canva and social media schedulers.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align social media efforts with business goals.
