Virtual Assistant - AU Senior Bookkeeper (AU Bookkeeping Firm, WFH)

Schedule: Monday – Friday (07:00 AM - 04:00 PM PHT)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

• Xero Certified Advisor
• Cert IV Bookkeeping
• 5 years overall experience (at least 2 years + Australian experience)

What will you do?

Senior Bookkeeper / BAS Agent

• Day to Day Bookkeeping & BAS duties
• Act in a Senior Capacity & form part of the support Triage to provide Senior Support to other team members when required

Catch Up & Fix Up Specialist

• a. Perform catch up & fix up work

Maintain Client Manual & Video Series for your Clients (for business continuity)

• Maintain a manual detailing how to do the day to day work on the clients account
• Maintain a set of videos detailing how to do the day to day work on the clients account that support the manual
• Save these in the specified folder set out in the Savvy Sums policies

Assist in Covering Staff Holidays & Other Leave

• By temporarily taking over jobs to cover these periods

Strategy & Advisory Services

• Inspire success through numbers by combining strategy & advisory in everything we do

Practice Management and Administration duties

• Create and schedule social media posts across multiple platforms for Savvy Sums
• Other ad hoc administration duties
