Security Coordinator, Physical Security

The recruited individual will provide embedded consulting services as a Physical Security Coordinator, reporting directly to the Security Manager of a Control Risks client. Their primary responsibility will be the management and supervision of the security guard force.

• Perform and report tasks assigned by the Security Manager
• Oversee on-site supervision of the security guard force at the facilities
• Report security incidents to the Security Manager
• Collaborate with the Security Manager to review and improve security guard procedures and protocols
• Supervise available security resources, such as video surveillance systems, access control, and other physical security measures
• Provide training and security recommendations to the guard staff
• Execute other appropriate tasks as directed by the Essential Client

Requirements:

• Experience in physical security, particularly managing security guards
• Experience in private sector security functions
• Advanced English proficiency
• Experience in the industrial sector
