First 3 months
  • In your first month, you’ll shadow and work with our COO to onboard to our existing operations processes. You will meet with team members and learn their needs and pain points in project management and support them in meetings, tasking in Asana, and reporting decisions and next steps to all stakeholders.
  • By 2 months, you’ll start to identify and suggest improvements in project management, customizing them to individual team member needs. You will help with special projects tasked by the CEO and COO.
  • At the 3 month mark, you will fully own project management (both internal and external) and various operations tasks. You will reorganize and augment our internal documentation (in Notion) on operational processes. You will assist the CEO and COO in special projects.

Qualifications
  • Any degree in life sciences or 2+ years of industry experience in project management in a life science setting
  • Domain knowledge related to E11’s scientific domains and/or operation domains
