DESCRIPTION:

As a Marketing Specialist with NationaLease, you will join a fun, collaborative team within an ambitious, entrepreneurial global organization. You will organize and manage the production and distribution of communications to all members of the NationaLease member organization. Your responsibilities will include the assembly, editing, and production of a weekly, digital brand newsletter, as well as the development and distribution of a variety of communications to promote member meetings, and to support the management team in their outreach to members. 

This key position reports to the Vice President, Member Service within our NationaLease team, and works closely with marketing teams members on the NationaLease website and public relations. As a NationaLease Marketing Specialist, you’ll be responsible for: 

• Weekly newsletter production and distribution, along with content creation 

• Weekly open reports on newsletter distribution 

• Mailing list management 

• Meeting marketing, included registration, email communication, website content, etc. 

• Updating meeting attendees lists 

• Developing content for website updates, which currently entail biweekly meeting updates (send to Corcentric for posting) 

• Writing meeting agendas, including session descriptions and bios, with information provided by the Events office 

• Prepare and shipping attendee name badges 

• Sponsorship solicitation for meetings 

• Calling members to encourage registration 

• Managing relevant mobile applications for event and meeting management 

• Real-time social meeting content sharing 

• Managing meeting surveys and resulting data compilation 

• Managing Service Awards program, National Account Marketing, and Tradeshow support  

• Preparing Quarterly Board Report 

• Developing & designing content for NationaLease website 

• Developing an integrated marketing plan focused on a customer-facing marketing strategy 

• Creating and distributing quarterly Safety and Compliance Central resources to members 

• Creating, updating and maintaining NationaLease Newsroom page utilizing Wordpress 

• Writing press releases and distributing in conjunction with Alvare Associates 

• Working with members’ marketing teams to create a unified NationaLease brand concept 

• Creating content and managing NationaLease Instagram account 

• Assisting with content creation and scheduling for NationaLease LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter accounts

You’ll need to have: 

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (Marketing, Communications, etc.) or equivalent experience 

• Experience in a corporate, business-to-business (B2B) marketing environment 

• Superior organizational and project management skills 

• Great attention-to-detail 

• The ability to problem-solve and work independently in a changing and multi-tasking environment with numerous deadlines 

• Demonstrated ability to prepare accurate budgets and effectively manage expenses. 

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills 

• Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 

• Familiarity with HTML, event management technologies (Aventri), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software (i.e., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) 

• Experience with Photoshop and InDesign  

• Experience with Survey Monkey, Constant Contact, Mail Chimp, or a similar newsletter distribution platform 

• Ability to collaborate effectively with various levels of the organization, including senior leadership
