Job Description:

As a Virtual HR Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing remote administrative support to our clients. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
  • Manage employee records and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Coordinate training sessions and employee development programs.
  • Address HR-related inquiries and provide timely assistance to clients.
  • Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • Conduct research and compile reports on HR metrics and trends.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure data security.

Qualifications:

Education:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not required).

Skills:

    • Proficiency in HR software and tools (e.g., HRIS, payroll systems, applicant tracking systems).
    • Familiarity with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    • Experience with data entry and secure maintenance of employee records.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
    • Problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to challenges.

Experience:

    • Proven experience as an HR Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or in a similar administrative support role.
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience working with US clients in an HR-related capacity.
    • Solid understanding of HR principles, best practices, and recruitment processes.
    • Experience with payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee record management.
