Monarch is seeking an Implementation Senior Consultant who will play a crucial role in assisting customers in realizing value through implementation and consulting services. In this role you will be responsible for onboarding customers and ensuring their continued engagement with the client’s products. This position requires working within a dynamic professional services team to deliver effective solutions to customers. You will also be looked to as a key mentor and point of contact for Monarch team members and trusted to assist in managing client relationships.

The company focuses on streamlining the software adoption process for SaaS businesses to accelerate customer onboarding, enhance customer retention, and boost revenue generation. In addition to software implementation, Monarch excels in developing custom connectors between SaaS and CRM products and acts as a significant consulting partner for Salesforce. What You’ll Do:
- Drive and manage new client implementations from start to finish. This includes providing guidance, assistance, and support to customers from the initial data requirements gathering, technical platform configuration, and all other requirements defined through a customer’s implementation.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of client processes, workflows, and systems to identify opportunities for improvement, optimization, and innovation.
- Provide clients with custom deliverables based on client industry, business processes, and client need.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in software implementation and consulting and share knowledge and expertise with the team.
- Proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success, customer satisfaction, and long-term value realization.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships, through the implementation process, with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, business leaders, and IT teams, to drive alignment, collaboration, and advocacy.
- Work with internal teams to identify areas for improvement in the software development process and make recommendations for process improvements (development of templates, documentation of best practices, and contribution to the knowledge base library).
- Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to Consultants and Analysts, fostering a culture of learning, growth, and excellence.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
- DealCloud configuration and implementation experience.
- Deep understanding of private capital markets industry and technology use cases.
- Thorough understanding of enterprise SaaS Implementations.
- Must be experienced with Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, including the ability to inspire and motivate teams, drive consensus, and navigate complex organizational dynamics.
- Proven ability to understand, define, and document deliverables, including but not limited to: requirements specifications, gap analysis, use case scenarios, acceptance testing, process mapping, and data flow.
- Ability to provide mentorship and knowledge transfer for team growth.
- 2+ years of previous engagement in technology implementation, management consulting, or product management, leading project teams through the project lifecycle.
- Knowledge of industry-specific software systems; (PE, IB, Legal, RE, etc.).
- Self-starter who actively pursues and excels in challenging assignments.

The salary for this role is $70,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
