Lead Warehouse Associate (Supervisor)

Overview

Lead Warehouse Associates lead and manage warehouse operations and employees while ensuring exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

· Improve employee productivity through coaching and instruction.

· Complete work assignments and customer orders safely, accurately, timely and without damage.

· Assist co-workers and customers.

· Perform administrative tasks and duties including data entry and system updates within the ERP system and associated software applications.

· Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment.

· Perform inventory management and housekeeping duties.

· Perform work in a safe and efficient manner.

· Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.

· High School diploma or GED required.

· Minimum of one (1) to three (3) years supervisory experience preferred.

· Must be able to become certified to operate a forklift vehicle and overhead crane.

· Knowledge of basic computer software.

· Ability to resolve problems both internally and with customers.

· Strong customer service skills.

· A combination of education and experience may be qualifying.
