Warehouse Associate - job 1 of 5

JOB DETAILS

Pay: $16-18 per hour

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure receipt, storage, delivery and shipment of warehouse items in an efficient, timely manner
• Fill and deliver agency staff requests for supplies and deliveries
• Verify the accuracy and completeness of shipping and/or receiving orders
• Submit appropriate back up documentation to the finance department in a timely manner for internal processing
• Responsible for acknowledging receipt of delivered items through use of the business software
• Retain warehouse inventory documents and forward to the purchasing agent for periodic review
• Responsible for proper storage and maintenance of agency file and inventory records
• Assist in the disposition of surplus property and/or equipment as directed
• Assist with warehouse maintenance and upkeep
• Operate sit-down forklifts, squeeze clamps/forklifts, and large scissor lifts
• Follow standard and established CDR procurement procedures

• Minimum high school graduate or equivalent
• Operate sit-down forklifts, squeeze clamps/forklifts, and large scissor lifts
• Valid Drivers License
