Content Coordinator (Athens or Heraklion, Crete)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Content Coordinator to lead our content team and oversee all aspects of website content production and management. The ideal candidate will excel in team leadership, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration to drive content excellence and support our e-commerce and marketing initiatives

Role Responsibility:

• Oversee content production to ensure timely onboarding of products and updates
• Ensure high-quality, consistent, and accurate content across all platforms and fascias
• Lead, train, and motivate a dynamic content team to achieve business goals
• Delegate tasks effectively and provide continuous feedback for team development
•  Manage ongoing tasks and special projects, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met
•  Handle large volumes of data, content, and product attributes with precision
•  Conduct CRO/UX checks to ensure all web pages, product information, and checkout systems are visually appealing, accurate, and user-friendly
• Oversee and manage analytics tools to monitor performance and generate actionable insights
•  Regularly produce and present reports based on content platform analytics
•  Work closely with marketing and commercial teams to align on brand, e-commerce, and promotional activities
•  Collaborate with technical and design teams to implement website updates (e.g., menu changes, filters, etc.) 
•  Conduct competitive research to identify industry trends and emerging topics
•  Ensure the online catalog and stock listings are accurate, up-to-date, and well maintained
•  Continuously refine processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness

The candidate we are looking for:

• Experience in Content would be considered a plus; preferably in retail industry
• Must be fluent in English written and orally;
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office

• Experience using analytic tools such as google analytics
• Time management skills with an ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize workload and achieve deadlines
• Ability to work cross functionally and multitask
• Good communication skills, a proactive approach and a “can do” attitude
