Cosy Hauz A Ltd. is on the lookout for a motivated and skilled Planning Sales Specialist to join our sales team remotely in the UK. As a Planning Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales of our planning services and solutions, developing relationships with clients, and ensuring their needs are met with the highest level of satisfaction. Your expertise will play a key role in expanding our market presence and contributing to the overall success of our projects.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the planning sector to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their requirements and providing tailored solutions.
  • Coordinate sales presentations and demonstrations of our planning services to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify sales opportunities and inform strategic planning.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
  • Participate in networking events and industry conferences to promote our services and expand your professional network.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Urban Planning, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales within the planning or real estate sector.
  • Strong understanding of planning policies, regulations, and best practices in the UK.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong work ethic.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
