Growth Associate

Role Overview:
We’re seeking a resourceful and creative teammate that will be instrumental in enabling several critical go-to-market activities, including top-of-funnel research, nurture campaigns, and industry events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Top-of-Funnel Research & Discovery
    • Become an expert in why and how our customers use our products
    • Identify & research target accounts and leads
    • Design and draft compelling outreach to engage and educate prospects
    • Improve sales assets, including product videos, value calculators & case studies
  • Nurture Campaign Management
    • Create targeted content to continuously add value to key relationships
  • Partnership Coordination
    • Coordinate opportunities with channel partners and strategic collaborators
  • Event Coordination
    • Investigate new events to participate in
    • Plan and execute logistics, including booth setup, materials, and on-site support

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, marketing or related roles
  • Prior experience in manufacturing and/or enterprise software is a plus
  • Capacity to learn why and how our customers use our products
  • Curiosity to experiment with new tools and technologies
  • A self-starter with a growth mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional written communication skills for creating outreach and campaign content
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities
  • Given the industries we serve, this position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes a US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
