We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Specialist to lead our sales team in a fast-paced staffing agency. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the staffing industry. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve agency revenue targets and growth objectives.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for business expansion.
- Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and develop training programs to enhance team skills.
- Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify potential clients and conduct outreach to establish new business relationships.
- Sales Operations
- Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up on leads and opportunities.
- Track sales metrics and prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market trends.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure alignment between sales efforts and candidate placement strategies.
- Work closely with marketing to develop promotional materials and campaigns that support sales initiatives.
- Lead negotiations with clients to secure contracts and agreements that meet both client needs and agency profitability.
- Close sales effectively and efficiently, ensuring a smooth transition to the recruitment team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, with at least 1 years in the staffing and recruiting industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed business decisions.
