SAP Sales and Service Cloud Developer

You will:

  • Develop, maintain, and support SAP Customer Experience (CX) demo content to showcase SAP's Sales and Service Cloud, Commerce, Marketing, and Customer Data Solutions
  • Collaborate closely with Presales, Product, Partners, and Go-To Market teams to understand end-to-end demo requirements and tailor content to their needs
  • Contribute to the creation of high-quality demo systems and compelling content that demonstrates the power of the SAP CX portfolio
  • Develop Proof of Concept solutions to enhance the SAP CX ecosystem
  • Engage in the development of SAP RISE packages to promote solutions adoption
  • Be on the cutting edge of the latest SAP technologies and solutions.

We are looking for an experienced SAP Customer Experience Developer who brings both functional and technical expertise to the table. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in SAP Sales and Service Cloud, a good understanding of SAP CX solutions, and a passion for building innovative, customer-centric solutions.

The following key skills and experience are required:

  • Bachelor or higher degree in computer science, business informatics, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in both functional and technical areas of SAP Sales & Service Cloud
  • Strong programming skills, specifically JavaScript and/or Java
  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into application development and demo content
  • Strong communication skills to effectively engage with Business Stakeholders, Architects, and various teams across different time zones
  • A consistent drive for self-improvement and a curiosity for exploring new solutions and technologies
  • Proficiency in deploying and managing applications on the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and hands-on experience with SAP CAP (Cloud Application Programming) are consistent pluses
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team, managing multiple tasks in parallel.
