As an Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for helping our Corporate Clients ($25M-250M Annual Turnover) within the NSW Region manage their CreditorWatch account.
You'll manage a portfolio of approximately 150 account and focus on up and cross-selling of existing and new products, training, support and regular contact. You'll aim to proactively demonstrate how CreditorWatch continues to benefit businesses.
Once you find your feet in the role, you’ll need to implement various account management strategies focusing on the upselling and cross-selling of existing and new products, training, support and regular check-ins and contact.
You’ll be a true brand ambassador, demonstrating how CreditorWatch can continue to add benefit to our Accounts through a creative and strategic approach, you’ll need to stand out from the crowd.
This role reports directly to the Sales Manager – Account Management and is a full-time opportunity offering hybrid working conditions based out of our Sydney CBD office.
Some of your responsibilities include and are not limited to:
To be successful in the role, you’ll ideally have at least 3+ years sales experience as an Account Manager, Business Development Manager, Account Executive or Sales Development Representative within the tech/ SaaS space.
You’ll be nurturing in your approach and have a way with customers, showcasing your amazing problem solving, active listening and communication skills.
