Job Description

Cricut is looking for an influencer marketing manager to lead its thriving social media partnership program. This person will be responsible for leading a team of influencer marketing professionals, as well as developing program, channel, and campaign strategies across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. This person should be comfortable with reporting program results to executives and global stakeholders, staying up-to-date on trends and changes in the influencer marketing industry, and possess strong leadership skills.

Qualifications

This role is located in South Jordan, UT, and requires three days a week in the office. No exceptions.

The right person for this role should have:

  • 5-7 years of influencer marketing experience; 3+ years of direct managerial experience
  • Experience managing macro influencer partnerships (1 million + followers)
  • Experience managing a high volume of creator relationships simultaneously
  • Strong relationships with key talent management agencies
  • A strong POV on measurement for influencer programs
  • Strong project management and interpersonal skills; ability to juggle multiple projects at one time and self-prioritize workload
  • Ability to collaborate with and influence diverse groups, including cross-functional peers and company leadership
  • Experience working with social media tools, MS Office, Canva, Airtable, and Google Suite
  • Degree in communications or marketing

BONUS:

  • Experience with industry and/or networking groups such as Women in Influencer Marketing
  • Influencer marketing agency experience
