Position Overview: Are you passionate about delivering cutting-edge solutions and working in a collaborative environment? Crossvale is seeking an Associate Consultant to join our dynamic team. If you have a foundation in Front End and or Back End technologies and are eager to contribute to innovative projects, we want to hear from you!

• Partner with Senior Consultants and cross-functional teams to deliver customized software solutions.
• Contribute to the design and development of applications, focusing on either Front End, Back End, or Full Stack solutions.
• Ability to understand analysis / requirements and build / update a map to successfully deliver the appropriate implementation. 
• Ability to manage time and tasks effectively while meeting project deadlines.

•  2-3 years of experience in software development, focusing on either Front End or Back End technologies.
• Strong fundamentals in .NET or Java development; experience with both is a plus.
• Familiarity with Front End technologies like Angular, React, or Vue.js is a bonus.
• A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• A proactive attitude with high ownership and accountability for your work.
• Enthusiasm for working in a service-oriented environment and understanding customer needs.
• Capacity to self-manage their time, tasks, and deadlines.
