Job Summary
The Conflicts Information Specialist supports the firm’s risk management need and the firm’s new business function by collecting necessary information to perform thorough and accurate conflict of interest checks on all proposed new representations and lateral attorney hiring. The position enters new matter information into the firm’s conflicts database and accounting system and supports firm’s requirement to disseminate information regarding all new representations to firm personnel.
Workweek Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Pacific Time

The position requires a Bachelor’s Degree. Equivalent training and experience may substitute for education.
Experience
No experience necessary. Training will be provided on the job.
Directly related experience in internet research, database maintenance and report preparation highly preferred. Intapp Open, Elite or comparable database experience a plus.

Our Firm is committed to fair and equitable compensation practice in accordance with applicable laws. The salary range for this position is $51,000. Additional compensation may include a discretionary bonus. Other benefits include healthcare, vision, dental, retirement, and all-purpose leave. The salary for this position may vary based on location, market data, an applicant’s skills and prior experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other factors.
