Copywriter

As the Copywriter at Crystal, part of the A&K Travel Group (AKTG), you will play a pivotal role in crafting engaging and compelling content for the Crystal website and digital and print marketing campaigns for the luxury travel market. We are seeking an excellent writer and editor with a deep understanding of the industry, global travel trends, and a passion for creating content that aligns with the high values of our brand.

• You will write brilliant, lively, and high-quality copy at pace for consumer and trade audiences that speaks in the brand’s tone of voice and will inspire people to travel with Crystal.
• You’ll use your flair and accuracy for a wide variety of tasks, from writing marketing emails to web pages, and subjects as diverse as the latest offers, descriptions of ports, and voyage itineraries.
• You will edit and update high-quality travel content for the Crystal website and digital and print marketing campaigns, applying an understanding of SEO where appropriate. As well as writing, you’ll need to be able to edit and cast a sub’s eye over work by colleagues and freelance contributors and help maintain the quality of content, keeping everything on brand, while meeting tight deadlines.
• You will support Crystal’s Senior Editor and Marketing Editor by attending meetings and helping us gather all the information we need from the wider Crystal team to ensure a smooth flow of work. You'll also contribute to creative discussions.
• You will collaborate effectively with global AKTG teams. Our team is spread across the world, from Miami to Monaco, so you’ll be involved in attending regular online meetings and assisting with efficient liaison across continents and time zones to help us keep on deadline.
• You will monitor travel and cultural trends to support relevant campaigns that capture the zeitgeist.
