We are seeking a talented and proactive Creative Designer to join our digital marketing team, where you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and engaging digital content across various platforms. Working closely with the wider team, you will have the freedom to bring fresh ideas and creative concepts to the table, helping to push our content forward while staying true to its identity.
In addition to developing engaging digital assets - primarily for paid media campaigns - you will contribute to the overall creative direction across websites, email campaigns, and other marketing materials. - Conceptualise & develop compelling still & motion content for digital campaigns across various social platforms.
- Support the wider digital marketing effort by creating graphics for website, email and other digital channels.
- Contribute to brand evolution by bringing fresh ideas to the table while ensuring all creative work aligns with brand guidelines, maintaining a cohesive visual identity.
- Work collaboratively with the marketing team to refine creative strategies & integrate your assets into broader campaigns.
- Stay updated with best practices, exploring new design trends & proposing ways to incorporate them into digital marketing efforts.
- Balance creativity with results, actively engaging with our performance & data analysis to refine designs and optimize engagement.
- Manage & prioritise multiple projects, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining high creative standards.
- Proven experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as a graphic designer or a similar role in digital marketing.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work.
- Design expertise: Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite – Mainly after effects, illustrator and Photoshop.
- Visual communication: Excellent understanding of visual communication principles.
- Creativity and innovation: Ability to think creatively, generate fresh ideas, and develop unique design solutions.
- Communication & collaboration: Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
- Problem-solving: Ability to identify and solve design challenges effectively.
- Time management: Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
Desirable:
- Experience with 3D animation software (e.g. Cinema 4D)
- Knowledge of UI/UX principles and web design
- Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and SEO best practices
Please note this is a remote role however some travel will be required to our office based in London and other Culligan business locations.
