Title: Deputy Chief of Staff

Location: Stamford, CT

Job Type: Full-Time / Exempt

About the Role:  We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Deputy Chief of Staff to join our leadership team at Curaleaf, a leading public cannabis company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in investment banking, private equity, management consulting, consumer/retail, technology, or law, with a proven ability to understand and integrate various business functions. This role requires exceptional project management skills and the ability to drive strategic initiatives across the organization.

What You’ll Do:

  • Strategic Planning: Assist the CEO and Chief of Staff in developing and executing strategic plans to achieve company goals.
  • Project Management: Lead and manage cross-functional projects, ensuring timely and successful completion.
  • Business Analysis: Conduct thorough analyses of business operations and financial performance to support decision-making.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including operations, finance, legal, compliance, and IT teams, and business units.
  • Operational Efficiency: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Leadership Support: Provide high-level support to the executive team, including preparing reports, presentations, and briefings.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Law, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience
  • Skills: Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Connecticut Hiring Range
$150,000$175,000 USD
