Products’ customer base grows fast, and we have created several in-house chatbots & quality assurance tools that help us support this growth and manage loads of customer requests.
But we are only starting - LLMs landscape is changing rapidly and we are on the hunt for the curious person, who could define a technical strategy of moving forward with our tools and together with the team of 10+ developers and content managers deliver chatbots that would handle big chunk of customer requests with high quality.
We can provide you with the newest tools, resources and freedom to lead the change and create things. On the other hand, we expect you to take full ownership of rapid AI chatbots product development, ensuring the delivery of tangible results.
What You Will Do- Lead development for our in-house AI-powered customer support tools: chatbots and process automation systems.
- Work closely with stakeholders (NordVPN, Surfshark, Saily etc.) product, engineering and UX teams to align support products’ development with business objectives and customer needs.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in AI, LLM, NLP, and customer support automation to ensure our products remain cutting-edge.
- Drive technical architecture and oversee end-to-end product development, ensuring quality, performance, and scalability.
- Establish key performance metrics to measure the success and impact of AI initiatives.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing product development and content management team focused on AI and automation.
- Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring efficient workflow and alignment.
What We Expect- Strong technical background with understanding of AI, NLP, and machine learning concepts (coding skills are a plus) and curiosity to dive further into this emerging field.
- Experience in leading tech products development and bringing products to market.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute product roadmaps that deliver real business impact.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field is a plus.
