! This role lasts initially for one year with expected extension, where only a full-time employment is available as form of cooperation.
· Translation of global category strategy into global, divisional, subcategory strategy and local implementation
· Lead the external workforce transformation and implementation of sourcing plans and deliver category savings targets following engagement in the target setting process
· Provide input into the overall category strategy about segmentation and identification of key supplier relationships, and lead business planning activities and ensure these projects are staffed and executed on a timely basis in line with the targeted goals
· Manage strategic category supplier relationships, and implement consistent key performance indicators for the category manager, ensuring that any supplier performance risks and issues are resolved on a timely basis to end-user satisfaction
· Collect supplier information and feedback from countries, sites, Category teams and Business Partners, and deliver Procurement Balanced Scorecard metrics for the relevant category
· Develops and applies comprehensive knowledge of market trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies related to the categories managed, and incorporate new ideas and innovations into sourcing strategies
· Create, apply, complete and reviews major contracts for the sub-category, and ensure that negotiated contracts are clearly communicated for the External workforce -category area and that they are consistently applied over total managed spend
· 4+ years of relevant experience with vendor’s management & supply chain
· Supplier management knowledge within a corporate field
· Handy with business administration with basic project managerial skills
· Basic IT literacy with advanced MS Office user skills
· Ability of multitasking & prioritization under time pressure
· Excellent communication skills across multiple levels of management
· Fluency in English (spoken & written);
· Candidates must declare Criminal record extract not older than three months
