Czech-Speaking Sales and Marketing Agent

As a Sales and Marketing Agent, you will be the voice and face of our brand for Czech-speaking clients. Your mission will be to drive customer engagement, promote our clients’ products or services, and help convert leads into loyal customers. You’ll be working closely with a passionate team in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential and existing Czech-speaking customers via phone, email, and social media
• Promote and sell products or services by clearly articulating features and benefits
• Develop strong client relationships and provide excellent service
• Conduct market research and support marketing campaign execution
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems

What We’re Looking For:

• Native or fluent Czech speaker (C1/C2 level)
• Good level of English or German for internal communication
• Sales or marketing experience is a plus, but not required – we provide training!
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Proactive, goal-oriented mindset
• At least 1 year of experience in Sales, you should have a commercial mindset, be strongly sales driven, and possess entrepreneurial thinking and strong influential skills
• Team player with a positive attitude
