Brand Experiences & Partnerships Director

We are seeking an innovative and results-driven Director of Experiential Marketing & Partnerships to lead the creation and execution of transformative brand experiences. This role will be responsible for bringing our brand messaging to life through strategic partnerships, influencer collaborations, and dynamic activations. You will shape immersive experiences that engage and inspire consumers, while ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals.

This is a unique opportunity to lead cross-functional teams and drive impactful initiatives, blending partnership strategy, experiential marketing, and influencer management to build lasting connections with consumers and amplify our brand’s presence across various channels.

Strategic Planning and Execution

  • Strategic Execution: Oversee the design and implementation of experiential marketing campaigns that drive measurable outcomes, focusing on ROI and consumer engagement.
  • Experience Creation: Lead the development of experiential marketing strategies that bring our brand promises to life, delivering impactful consumer experiences aligned with organizational goals.

Partnership and Influencer Management

  • Partnership Management: Work with sports teams and other key partners to create unique events and activations that engage consumers, enhance brand visibility, and build long-term loyalty.
  • Influencer Strategy & NIL: Develop and execute an influencer strategy to enhance brand visibility and foster authentic consumer connections. Leverage NIL opportunities to amplify our message and expand brand reach.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with the Consumer Growth team and Dairy MAX Centers of Excellence (CoEs) to ensure alignment of initiatives with broader company objectives.

Team Leadership and Development

  • Leadership & Development: Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, guiding them to deliver exceptional results and fostering a culture of innovation.

Analytics and Performance Measurement

  • Data-Driven Decisions: Establish KPIs and measure the success of programs, partnerships, and influencer initiatives to ensure ongoing optimization and impact.

Competencies, Skills, Abilities, and Behaviors

  • Creative Visionary: Ability to conceptualize and execute bold, innovative marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences and align with brand messaging.
  • Strategic Leadership: Proven success in leading large-scale experiential marketing programs, partnership strategies, and influencer campaigns that drive measurable outcomes.
  • ROI Focused: Expertise in measuring the effectiveness of marketing programs and partnerships, using data to inform decision-making and ensure impact.
  • Collaborative Leadership: Skilled in working cross-functionally with diverse teams, including partnerships, marketing, communications, and external partners.
  • People Leadership: Demonstrated ability to inspire and develop teams, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and performance.

Qualifications:

  • 8-10 years of experience in experiential marketing, partnership management, influencer strategy, or sports marketing, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience managing a team of marketing professionals.
  • Experience in partnership management and influencer marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of brand strategy and experiential marketing, with a focus on measurable outcomes.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
