Talent Acquisition Specialist (Remote)

Daleenda is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic HR team. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving the recruitment process and ensuring that we attract and retain top talent in the technology sector. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will use innovative sourcing strategies to identify potential candidates, engage with them, and build a strong talent pipeline for Daleenda's future growth.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various positions within the company.
  • Utilize a range of sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify and engage potential candidates.
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications to ensure a good fit for the organization.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create detailed job descriptions.
  • Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) and maintain accurate records of the recruitment process.
  • Build and maintain a strong employer brand through effective candidate engagement and communication.
  • Organize and participate in job fairs, recruitment events, and college career days to promote Daleenda as an employer of choice.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve recruitment processes.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or in a similar recruitment role, preferably within the technology sector.
  • Strong understanding of various sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and HR software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Passion for finding and attracting top talent to drive business success.
