About the Role – A Rare Opportunity to Drive Change
We are seeking a T-shaped, passionate self-starter eager to transform our approach to business development. Part growth strategist, part operational leader, this role offers the chance to make a significant impact at a leading global agency while working closely with office leadership and advancing our body of intellectual capital.
This is a regional-level role, working closely with market growth leads to align business development strategies, best practices, and operational excellence across EMEA.
This role is primarily focused on day-to-day business development while contributing to strategic workstreams within Edelman’s three growth pillars:
Top of Funnel Activity – Strengthening lead generation, optimizing prospecting tools, and enhancing the pipeline.
Transforming Business Development Operations – Improving workflows, integrating AI, and ensuring data-driven processes.
Converting Big Integrated Wins – Supporting high-value, cross-practice opportunities through strategic training and insights.
