Senior Account Supervisor, Digital

We are seeking a Senior Account Supervisor (Digital) to drive social media campaigns and creative production for Microsoft’s Global Marketing Engines & Experiences team. If you have experience in or want to work at the intersection of social media and generative AI, this job may be for you! As you act as the face of our agency and forge trusted client partnerships, you will also guide the team with strategic insight and creative thinking.

You’ll lead client meetings, shaping the growth of the account and challenging yourself to drive the Microsoft brand forward. You are excited to play an active role in crafting briefs that guide the team’s work, and collaborate with creative teams to inspire fresh ideas and push the boundaries of what’s possible.  


About your day-to-day:  

Proactivity is your number one skill. Every day you’ll be finding ways to help our team succeed and drive innovation for our clients. Your second biggest skill? Communication. You’ll be in regular contact with both clients and our team, creating an environment that inspires winning ideas and encourages honest feedback. As a lead, the team will come to you daily for guidance and steady direction.  


Responsibilities
  • Serve as a client contact, ensuring consistent and high-quality communication.
  • Assist in the creation and execution of social creative plans and strategies, aligning with client objectives.
  • Develop a deep understanding of client’s business, key stakeholders, and industry landscape, and apply this knowledge to provide strategic recommendations.
  • Support senior leadership in identifying and mitigating challenges, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Review and provide feedback on social media content across a range of channels (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube) and types (planned, agile, creator).
  • Provide proactive and reactive social media counsel to clients.
  • Apply knowledge related to corporate work and culture, business development, cloud platforms and generative AI to inform client strategies.
  • Translate complex topics geared towards business decision makers, IT pros and developers into clear, compelling narratives for social media.
  • Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and partner agencies to deliver to on overlapping projects from inception to completion, ensuring timeliness, quality, and budget adherence.
  • Oversee the work of junior team members, providing mentorship, feedback, and guidance.
  • Contribute to new business development, supporting proposal development, pitch preparation, and research efforts.


Qualifications
  • A 4-year degree or equivalent work experience
  • 6 years of relevant experience at an integrated marketing or social media agency, or related experience
  • Strong passion for and demonstrated knowledge in account management and social media-driven programs
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 


$86,000 - $138,000 a year
An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of DJEH’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, a Paid Time Off policy, and region-specific benefits.
