Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Installing and Configuring the Darktrace Cyber Intelligence Platform (DCIP)
- Conducting quality tests of the Darktrace Cyber Intelligence Platform (DCIP)
- Repairing damaged and faulty DCIP Servers.
- Assisting development and QA teams to ensure software and hardware quality
- Helping members of our Hardware Support team to diagnose customer hardware issues
- Administration and audit of internal systems to accurately reflect stock availability and status
Requirements:
- Knowledge of Data Centre server components and concepts
- Support & Troubleshooting Skills
- Networking Knowledge
- Awareness of Quality Assurance Processes
- A basic understanding of Linux operating systems
- An awareness of occupational health & safety issues
- Physical capability of moving server equipment. Awareness of warehouse procedures and tools.
- Good Communication Skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Office based role (5 days a week)
