Project Coordinator

  • Act as a key communication bridge between clients and internal teams, providing regular updates, gathering feedback, and offering support whenever issues or questions arise.
  • Closely monitor project progress, identifying and alerting stakeholders to potential risks or delays.
  • Manage and maintain all project-related documentation, including meeting minutes (MoM), Software Requirement Specifications (SRS), project plans, timelines, and change requests, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accessible.
  • Propose improvements to workflows and processes to enhance efficiency across all teams.
  • Support Business Analysts (BA) and Project Managers (PM) in planning project timelines, setting deadlines, and prioritizing tasks.
  • Coordinate communication with internal teams, including Developers, UX/UI Designers, QA, and external suppliers, ensuring alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage and track client requirements to ensure deliverables meet project goals and expectations.
  • Assist the QA team in testing and verifying software performance to ensure it meets quality standards and project plans.
  • Collaborate with BA and PM to assess project risks and develop proactive solutions to mitigate potential issues.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, project support, or similar roles in a tech, SaaS, or startup environment.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills, with the ability to manage multiple documents and keep them consistently up-to-date.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — able to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (Jira).
  • Basic understanding of software development processes or SDLC is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to identify potential issues before they arise.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adaptable to change.
  • Good command of both Thai and English, especially in written communication and documentation.
