Manager I, Engineering - Serverless AWS
As the Manager of the Serverless team, you'll lead engineering efforts on our AWS serverless integrations while managing and mentoring a team of talented engineers. You'll collaborate with Product to shape the strategic roadmap and build open source integrations for cutting-edge serverless products like AWS Lambda. This role offers significant growth potential as you'll drive platform adoption and revenue growth, expanding your leadership experience while working with modern cloud technologies. Your impact will extend beyond Datadog as you contribute to the open source community and help shape the future of serverless computing.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead engineering for our Serverless Integrations team across AWS services
- Manage and mentor a team of engineers, driving their professional growth
- Collaborate with Product to shape strategic roadmap
- Build open source integrations such as the Datadog Lambda Extension
- Drive platform adoption and revenue growth
Who You Are: (Describe role qualifications here/max 6 bullets)
- Proven experience managing a team of software engineers
- 2+ years hands-on experience with Go or Rust in production
- Proven experience building and deploying serverless applications
- Passion for open source and developer experience
- You have a BS/MS/PhD in a Computer Science, Engineering or related scientific field or equivalent professional experience
