What you will do

  • As a Sr. Account Manager at Datassential, you will serve as a strategic partner to our valued clients in the food and beverage industry.
  • You will understand their distinctive business requirements, champion their interests within Datassential, and facilitate their understanding of the complete potential of our data insights and tools.
  • This role entails not only cultivating robust client relationships but also establishing Datassential as an industry thought leader and devising customized solutions that blend seamlessly with our clients’ business goals. 
  • You will foster strong client relationships, enhance customer satisfaction, and drive revenue growth.
  • The position offers the chance to cultivate long-lasting partnerships that encompass both account management and business development across a diverse client portfolio.

What you bring

  • Have 5+ years of experience being a trusted client advisor through consistent support, become an extension of their team. 
  • Ability to manage a growing book of business inclusive of renewals, upselling, contract negotiations and strategic annual plans.
  • Experience leading productive client monthly meetings, showcasing ROI of Datassential solutions. 
  • Collaborate internally to streamline workflows related to contracting, invoicing and receiving payments.
  • Experience solution selling research or data insights.
  • P&L management experience or equivalent

Nice to have

  • Understanding of the food and beverage landscape, trends, and challenges. 
  • Proficient public speaker.

The OTE (on target earnings) for this role including salary + commission is expected to be in the range of $115,000/year - 155,000k/year. Offer will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location.
