We are looking for a Freelance B2B Enterprise Sales & Lead Generation Specialist to help us identify and engage enterprise prospects, drive lead generation, and create meaningful business connections. This is a remote, flexible role suited for highly motivated professionals who excel in B2B sales and prospecting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting – Research, identify, and engage enterprise prospects, generating high-quality leads through targeted outreach.
  • Sales Outreach – Conduct cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and other engagement tactics to initiate conversations with decision-makers.
  • Pipeline Development – Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads, nurturing prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Consultative Selling – Understand enterprise challenges and position our solutions effectively to match their needs.
  • Collaboration – Work with internal teams to refine messaging, improve conversion rates, and optimize outreach strategies.
  • Reporting & Optimization – Track lead generation metrics, analyze performance, and continuously improve outreach efforts.
  • Relationship Management – Develop long-term partnerships with enterprise clients to drive engagement and revenue growth.

Who You Are

  • Experience: in B2B sales, lead generation, or business development, preferably in SaaS, tech solutions, or professional services.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in generating and converting high-quality leads.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to engage C-level executives, decision-makers, and enterprise buyers.
  • Tech-Savvy & Data-Driven: Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email automation platforms.
  • Self-Starter: Highly motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of enterprise sales cycles, market trends, and B2B buying behaviors.
