Job Description

The Associate Product Marketing Manager supports the execution of cross-market and vertical go-to-market (GTM) initiatives to achieve product marketing goals. Leveraging foundational product marketing skills, market research, and industry awareness, the Associate Product Marketing Manager collaborates with marketing, sales, and product teams to deliver on key product marketing priorities. 

You will also:

  • Assist in implementing GTM initiatives to address competitive opportunities and customer needs. 
  • Conduct foundational research on market trends, competitors, and customer personas to inform marketing strategies. 
  • Support the development and communication of product value propositions to drive leads, product adoption, and customer engagement. 
  • Contribute to the creation of product collateral, such as datasheets, presentations, and sales enablement materials to support the sales team. 
  • Help gather and analyze customer insights, including win/loss data, to identify strengths and opportunities for product and marketing improvements. 
  • Collaborate with demand generation teams to execute promotional campaigns aimed at increasing product awareness and generating leads. 
  • Assist in the production of key product assets, including research reports, ROI calculators, demos, and videos. 
  • Participate in cross-functional collaboration to align on objectives and ensure high-quality execution. 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred 
  • One (1) to Two (2) years of experience in marketing  
  • Foundational knowledge of product marketing strategies and tactics. 
  • Basic analytical skills with the ability to interpret market and customer data. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging. 
  • Interest in the fitness, health, and wellness market and the role Daxko and its family of brands play within it. 
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. 
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively across teams.
