The Role:
As a Program Manager focussed on GDM product delivery, you will be a crucial driver of our Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy, with a specific focus on ensuring the successful launch of our highest-priority products, including initiatives related to Gemini and other key Google AI advancements. This role is critical in providing dedicated program ownership and momentum, particularly during peak launch periods. You will work in close partnership with the Google DeepMind (GDM) product and Google AI Marketing & Communications (Marcomms) teams onsite in Mountain View, acting as a vital bridge between team vision and team execution. In this product focused role, you will leverage your experience in delivering in an environment where change and ambiguity are requirements to ship innovative, world-leading products. With a deep understanding of product strategy, and experience guiding executive leaders, you will use your industry expertise to ensure our GTM plans meet Google DeepMind’s goals and overarching mission, with full alignment and buy-in across leadership.
You will be a strategic partner to leadership, incubating or leading multiple projects, programs, and short-term sprints to support and enable rapid progress in a highly complex space. You will do this through an ability to rapidly learn new context, quickly develop professional relationships, and produce meaningful results in highly ambiguous environments. Given the breadth of work, you will drive strategic execution from planning to delivery, building teams and achieving key objectives. This role requires Mountain View presence and cross-timezone collaboration with Europe.
