As GDM’s Senior Workplace Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of GDM’s physical workspace ensuring the best environment to support GDM’s research. With a focus on strategic planning, budget management, and leading a team to provide a world class workplace experience.

As an ideal candidate, you’ll be experienced in operational deliver, passionate about delivering a high-end 5* service. With previous experience in hotel, retail, office or related environments, you will have a proven track record in delivering exceptional workplace operations. You’ll have demonstrated experience in multi-service environment operations, excellent stakeholder skills and experience in heading up transformative programmes. You are an excellent communicator, agile, flexible and will be driven by the pursuance of excellence and looking for ways to improve at all turns. Calm under pressure, you are proactive, solutions oriented and flexible.
