Your Impact:


This presents the perfect opportunity for a driven individual with a passion for IT and with innate follow-up and follow-through skills to truly fast track the start-up of their career and development of their knowledge of the IT industry.

You will be the go-to person for your colleagues in other departments to get technical assistance and support related to computer systems, IT infrastructure, hardware, and software and will be working closely with other IT colleagues in North America, Belgium and Spain and all other teams across our 12 office locations.



A Typical Day:
  • Assist in the configuration, deployment, and management of macOS devices and peripherals.
  • Provide day-to-day technical support for users, resolving hardware, software issues via IT ticketing system.
  • Support the administration and maintenance of Google Workspace, including user management, access control, and troubleshooting email, calendar, and Drive issues.
  • Help manage OneLogin, including provisioning and de-provisioning users, setting up Single Sign-On (SSO) for apps, and enforcing Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) policies.
  • Assist with implementing and maintaining MDM solutions for secure device management across the organisation.
  • Assist in documentation procedures for onboarding/off boarding employees, system configurations, and troubleshooting guides.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to improve system processes and implement new technologies.
  • Provide support for IT projects such as software updates, system integrations, and IT audits.
  • Maintain network equipment and solve network-related issues
  • Manage remotely our workstations and devices, and maintain an asset inventory
  • Assist with office operations and security


Your Expertise:
  • 1+ years of support experience. 
  • Experienced in the triage of different tickets and hardware requests
  • Experience with MacOS is a plus
  • A fast and enthusiastic learner with a passion for IT and technology
  • A drive to conquer challenges and learn to work with new technologies
  • A social person who loves to interact with colleagues
  • A forward thinking mind that strives to find places for improvement in our IT strategy and is willing to start and manage projects to find and implement solutions
  • A natural problem solver


Additional Information:
  • This is a full-time, hybrid role with a flexible work schedule, offering 4 days in our Ghent, Belgium office and 1 day of remote work. Leading to 3 days in the office and 2 days of remote work.

  • Fluency in English is required, with strong written and verbal communication skills being essential.
