Your Impact


As part of our ambitious growth plans, we are seeking a Partner Manager to drive business through consistent engagement with our partners. You will play a crucial role in fostering positive relationships with our partner sales teams, providing essential support throughout their sales process.


Your strong communication and collaborative skills will be invaluable as you contribute significantly to the development and success of a high-growth company. You'll work closely with leadership, contributing to the development of a winning partnership strategy and becoming a key player in building a strong and successful partner ecosystem. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment within a rapidly growing company.


Tasks & Responsibilities
  • Deeply understand the Deliverect product and train partner sales teams on its features and benefits.
  • Develop sales collateral and resources to support partner sales efforts.
  • Conduct product demos and provide consultative support to partner sales teams.
  • Manage partner deals effectively within the CRM.
  • Maintain close communication with partners, conducting regular business reviews and addressing their challenges.
  • Drive lead referrals from partners to the Deliverect sales team.
  • Focus on mid-market and enterprise partnerships to accelerate business growth.
  • Develop innovative strategies to generate referral leads.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the European Partnerships team by achieving strategic objectives.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly sales quotas and business development goals.


Job Requirements
  • University degree and 3+ years of relevant professional experience in the B2B software space working in partnerships or business development.
  • Experience in the hospitality/food tech industry, with a background in Delivery Aggregators/Channels (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with fluency in English.
  • Ability to manage high volumes of inquiries and simultaneously handle multiple customer accounts at different stages.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and solve problems effectively.
  • Passion for the digital world (software/mobile) and the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced startup environment.

  • Location: London, UK
  • Hybrid work: 4 days/week in our office, 1 day from home
