We are looking for a Senior Onboarding and Vendor Support Specialist (all genders), Foodora , Yemeksepeti and Foodpanda(f/m/d) to join our Regional European Team in our incredible Hero Hub in the heart of Berlin.
The Senior Vendor Operations Specialist will play a critical role in establishing and maintaining strong relationships with vendors across the region, ensuring efficient and effective onboarding and training. This role is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end vendor onboarding process, developing and delivering training programs, and coordinating with internal teams to guarantee smooth operational transitions. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational and communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a passion for delivering exceptional support to both vendors and internal stakeholders.
Your Heroic Skills:
Lead the vendor onboarding process, ensuring all documentation, compliance, and setup requirements are completed accurately
Serve as the primary point of contact for new vendors, guiding them through the onboarding journey and answering all inquiries promptly.
Design, develop, and deliver training programs tailored to vendor needs, focusing on company policies, processes, and tools necessary for successful partnership.
Conduct training sessions (virtual and in-person) for new and existing vendors, ensuring they understand operational expectations and performance standards.
Act as a connection between vendors and internal teams, addressing operational issues, troubleshooting challenges, and facilitating resolution
Collect, analyze, and report on key performance metrics related to vendor onboarding, training engagement, and satisfaction, providing insights to support continuous improvement.
Lead projects rollouts and new product implementations in our operations
What we expect from you:
4 -7 years of experience in vendor management, operations, or a related role with a focus on onboarding and training preferred.
A Bachelors degree or equivalent in Engineering, Economics, Business, or related fields.
Knowledge of BigQuery, Data Studio and CRM tools
A strategic, analytical and hypothesis-driven mindset
Good interpersonal relationships
Initiative, teamwork, good communication and organization
Excellent spoken and written English
