Africa Talent by Deloitte (Africa Talent) is a standalone division of Deloitte, owned by Deloitte Africa and Deloitte Netherlands, based in South Africa. Our goal is to meet the growing demand for Talent in Africa and Europe; by recruiting and developing Talent throughout Sub Saharan Africa in order to service the diverse needs and to enable projects at our clients. Talent employed will have the full experience of Deloitte, while getting both international and local exposure to a diverse set of clients, working remotely from Africa.  It will take advantage of the demographic reality of Africa as a future source of talent for both Africa and Europe and at its core, the goal is to create employment in Africa and invest in African talent.

The Africa Talent team seek to find a professional to join our team as part of the extended Finland T&T- Resource Management team on a part time basis of 20 hours per week.

Key responsibility of the role include:

• • Working in STAFFIT to update the system with engagement planning.
  • Manual staffing updates
  • Manage staffing inbox - mapping of e-mails.
  • Support the Resource Manager in following up on various items in our booking system (stakeholder management with people leads)
  • Ensure that talent’s schedules are accurate and up to date on a weekly basis.
  • Project updates including new projects and end dates as well as updating for possible continuation.
  • Project code maintenance
  • Staffing data validity checking
  • Checking staffing report
  • Ensuring staffing compliance
  • DPN / CV compliance
  • STAFFIT coordination:
    • Create tickets and follow upon errors and issues, test etc.
    • bugs, requests
    • data maintenance
    • helping with special programs / updates
    • other areas per agreement

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3 years working experience in similar role.
• Previous knowledge about STAFFIT or SAP based systems is an advantage.
• Excellent in admin work
• Proficient in English both written and spoken.
• A person who is comfortable working independently, who is proactive, and open for taking on varying tasks.
• A person who is structured and analytical, and passionate about delivering a good service, and a skilled communicator.
• Previous knowledge about STAFFIT or SAP based systems is an advantage.
