Please Note: This is a temporary assignment. Flexible schedule for those with reasonable availability within the days/hours listed below!

OUR PRACTICE:  

OFFICE HOURS:

• Monday: 8:00am-5:00pm
• Tuesday: 8:00am-5:00pm
• Wednesday: 8:00am-5:00pm
• Thursday: 8:00am-5:00pm
• Friday: 8:00am-5:00pm

RESPONSIBILITIES:  

• Scanning in documents to our digital EMR software 
• Light data entry ensuring accuracy of information 
• Handling documents with discretion and care, maintaining a high level of organization and privacy 
• Any duties assigned directly related to the position by the practice manager. 

QUALIFICATIONS:  

• Tech savvy and comfortable working with computers.
• Exceptional organizational skills to manage tasks in an efficient and timely manner.
• Adaptable with the ability to learn quickly and apply skills related to responsibilities listed above
