This role is being offered on initial 7-month fixed term contract, but we will consider interim/freelance candidates.
As the Partner Manager for the UK market, you will be responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships to drive business growth and enhance our market presence. You will work closely with our sales, marketing, and product teams to identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with key partners, ensuring mutual success and alignment with Deployteq’s business objectives.
This role is crucial to our UK growth strategy, and you will play a key part in expanding our market presence and customer base. We need someone who’s not afraid to roll up their sleeves and make things happen, but can also think strategically. Ready for an exciting challenge?
Key responsibilities:
- Identify and Develop Partnerships: Proactively identify potential partners in the UK market, including technology vendors, agencies, and other relevant businesses
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners, acting as the primary point of contact and ensuring their needs are met
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute partnership strategies to drive revenue growth, market penetration, and brand recognition
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to align partnership initiatives with overall business goals and ensure seamless integration of partner solutions
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze partner performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market opportunities to continuously enhance partnership strategies
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to partners, enabling them to effectively promote and sell Deployteq’s solutions
- Bachelor+ degree in Marketing, Communications or Economics
- Several years of experience in the marketing automation technology market
- And/or several years of marketing experience in a technology company
- Strong understanding of the UK market and its dynamics, with a proven track record of successful partnerships.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to develop and execute comprehensive partnership plans
- Has a creative- as well as an analytical mind who analyses and reports on it
- Demonstrate the ability to run the organisation of- and driving people to events
- Have a hands-on mentality, proactive, responsible
- Understand the value of building strong relationships with leads, prospects, partners and clients
- For this role you need to be a native English speaker
- Traveling occasionally to the Netherlands is required for this role
