Influencer Marketing Manager (m/f/div)

Berlin, Cologne, Hamburg

This role is part of our Media team. Our team is a vibrant mix of talents, ranging from Brand Strategists, Creatives, and Influencer Marketers to Account managers, Producers, and Video editors. As a creative digital marketing agency, we mix creative storytelling with the best of today’s technology to deliver exceptional and engaging digital experiences that build lasting relationships with our clients.

JOB PURPOSE

As an Influencer Marketing Manager, you are the main contact and sparring partner for both, the client and the influencers during the entire process. You are responsible for the implementation, management, and quality control of campaigns, ensuring that everything runs smoothly. You demonstrate strong commercial insight and oversight, effectively building client portfolios. You naturally have an overview and know exactly how to set priorities. Your specialties include drawing up a schedule, monitoring the process, and delivering it on time. Tight deadlines don't freak you out and you ensure to find solutions and options. Strong project management skills are therefore essential. You are responsible for creating evaluation reports to assess the effectiveness and success of campaigns. Additionally, you are solution-oriented and can also work independently to tackle any challenges that arise. With your extensive experience in the influencer industry, your opinion is respected and valued by both clients and internal teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You will expertly manage several influencer campaigns simultaneously on an independent basis;
  • You implement and manage projects, where you focus on client satisfaction and KPI-based outcome 
  • You identify and maintain contact with influencers, negotiate competitive rates, and draw up agreements;
  • You ensure good guidance for both the client and the influencers during the entire process, for both, you are the point of contact and the sparring partner during the collaboration;
  • You monitor performance by tracking and analyzing campaign results, writing detailed evaluation reports, and creating concrete recommendations to elevate the clients' influencer marketing. 
  • You ensure client happiness and campaigns that you can really be proud of 
  • You support on pitches for new or upscaling clients 
  • You give professional guidance and development to junior team members.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Relevant amount of demonstrable work experience within influencer marketing;
  • Great affinity with influencer marketing and social media. You are familiar with channels such as Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and Twitch and always stay up to date with the latest trends;
  • Experience in managing influencer campaigns in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with a wide range of objectives and KPIs;
  • The ability to quickly adapt and learn a new skill as needed for a project;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Advanced German and English language; both verbally and in writing;
  • Strong data and analytical skills to establish KPIs, interpret results, anticipate challenges, and constitute solutions;
  • Awareness of the latest trends within influencer marketing & social media, good relationships with influencers, and platform updates.
