Project Manager - Creative (m/f/div)

This role is part of our Growth marketing team. We deliver end to end data driven campaigns which foster both creativity and performance. Our specialty is creative, digital communications that drive performance, boost brand awareness, and shift market share for our clients including eBay, Douglas, Aldi, Smart, and more! Our team in Germany is the only agency that combines technology, creativity and data to really make our clients grow.

JOB PURPOSE

As a Project Manager at DEPT®, you will be responsible for directing project teams and facilitating collaboration across various disciplines. Your goal is to deliver high-quality work within the allocated time frame and budget, ensuring that the project meets or exceeds client expectations.

You will manage projects independently, with a standard approach. You will be responsible for more complex projects under the supervision of a Senior or Lead Project Manager, ensuring that all deliverables meet the client’s needs. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage large brand and creative projects independently, with standard approaches and clear objectives
• Ensure client satisfaction through effective communication and project delivery
• Oversee project teams and coordinate efforts across disciplines
• Analyze project needs and tailor your approach accordingly

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• 2-4 years of agency experience as a Project Manager
• Fluent in German and English
• Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies
• Knowledge and experience working across brand and creative projects
• Ability to manage projects independently, with a strong focus on client satisfaction
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
