We are looking for a talented Social Media Manager to join our team working across Devoted Studios and Fusion.
Your mission: grow our audience, create content that resonates with the gaming world, and shape our voice across platforms. You’ll track trends, engage with the community, deliver insightful reports, and make a real impact—blending creativity with strategy.

Core Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of Devoted Studios and Fusion’s social media strategy, driving audience growth and engagement across key platforms.
- Develop a strategic editorial calendar, proposing relevant posts that resonate with our audience and publishing at optimal times.
- Work closely with creative team members—designers, product marketers, and video makers—to craft high-quality content that connects with our audience.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics, using data-driven insights to optimize content, spot trends, and propose innovative engagement strategies.
- Align organic and paid strategies by working cross-functionally with the Paid Media team and leveraging insights to inform content decisions.
- Engage with the community by monitoring mentions, interactions, and DMs, building meaningful relationships along the way.
- Plan and coordinate collaborations with artists, managing outreach, obtaining content permissions, and amplifying our reach through creative partnerships.
- Cover events in real-time, capturing and sharing exciting moments to drive engagement across channels.
- Stay ahead of trends, conducting industry research and competitive analysis to keep Fusion at the forefront of social media conversations.
Qualifications:
- Experience with B2B social media, targeting both clients and talent.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn, Instagram, and Discord.
- Excellent English copywriting and communication skills.
- Data-driven, with the ability to analyze metrics and optimize strategies.
- Strong creativity and strategic thinking, using innovation to achieve goals.
- Effective time management and attention to detail.
- Problem-solving mindset with a positive, action-oriented approach.
